Creditor Invoices
Use Creditor Invoices in the the Creditors submodule in the Finance & Administration module to manage creditor invoices. Creditor Invoices provides one way to enter external purchases against jobs in WorkBook.
To use Creditor Invoices, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in Employee Cross-Company Access under Settings.
- Enter approved vouchers and send them directly for booking (Status-50).
- Enter vouchers and add users as approvers manually.
- Enter vouchers and have WorkBook add approvers automatically. You do this by setting up a role-based approval workflow.
The top grid of the Creditor Invoices page provides the voucher headers, one line per voucher. This grid displays basic information about the voucher, such as the voucher number, creditor, invoice number, invoice date, currency, total amount, due date, posting date, voucher type, payment type, and bank information.
The bottom grid of the Creditor Invoices page provides the voucher lines, where you can allocate the cost of the individual vouchers to a finance account, job, activity, task, Company, department - or a combination of these parameters. There can be one or more lines per voucher.

All vouchers pass through the same status cycle, from Status-10 to Status-60. If System Variable 781 is enabled in the Settings module, and there is no one else to approve a voucher, WorkBook automatically changes a voucher's status to Status-50. - Voucher Filters

Deltek recommends scanning and attaching voucher files to the vouchers. You can do this when you create each voucher or by creating a hotfolder. - Holding Accounts for Creditor Invoices
You can use a holding account to allocate costs to jobs that are not related to a creditor. - Reusing the Voucher Numbers of Cancelled or Deleted Vouchers
Use the Creditor Invoices page under the Creditors submodule to reuse voucher numbers after you delete or cancel vouchers. - Procedures
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can use Creditor Invoices under the Creditors submodule under Finance & Administration to create, edit, move, approve, and/or reject vouchers.
