Create Capacity Profile Exceptions

Use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule to create capacity profile exceptions.

To use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a capacity profile exception:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a capacity profile exception.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Create new capacity profile exception .
5. In the Create Capacity Exception Profile dialog box, enter the exception title and click OK.
