Employee Settings
Use the Employee Settings module to configure employee settings such as default and exception capacity profiles, creditor mappings, cross-company access, positions, rates and billable targets, and teams. It contains the following submodules:

Use Default Capacity Profile under Settings to configure the default capacity profile for your company and for all the companies in your WorkBook system. You can update the ideal booking, basic time, flex hours, maximum booking, and work time in the default capacity profile. You can also add multiple default capacity profiles and create and delete default capacity profiles. - Employee Creditor Mappings
Use Employee Creditor Mappings under Settings to map employees to creditor accounts that can be used for reimbursing personal expenses, mileage, or subsistence allowances. You can create and delete employee creditor mappings. You can also remove creditors from open entries. - Employee Cross-company Access
Use Employee Cross-company Access under Settings to configure cross-company access for your employees. You can enable or disable your employees from performing functions such as log time entries, register vouchers, and access jobs. - Employee Settings
Use Employee Settings under Settings to view all your employees in one screen and configure employee settings such as initials, license type, and access role. You can enable and disable resources and reset and email passwords to users. You can also configure employee settings in . - Exception Capacity Profiles
Use Exception Capacity Profiles under Settings to configure capacity profiles that can be followed for special cases or one-off situations. You can create, delete, and rename capacity profile exceptions. You can also recalculate the capacity calendar. - Positions
Use Positions under Settings to configure roles or positions. In WorkBook, you can use positions to identify a group or department that you want to assign a task to instead of assigning the task to a specific individual. You can add and delete positions. You can also update the description and group scheduling resource of each position. - Rates & Billable Targets
Use Rates & Billable Targets under Settings to configure the rates and billable targets of your resources. You can add and delete resources and then update their cost per hour, estimated sale per hour, billable target percentage, and fixed inter-company rate. You can filter the employee list according to role and update the rates and targets for each individual employee. - Teams
Use Teams under Settings to setup and manage teams. In WorkBook, you can use teams to identify which set of resources you want to work on a particular job. You can add, duplicate, delete, merge, and update teams. You can also add and delete members from teams. - Whereabout
Use Whereabout under Settings to setup and manage whereabout types. In WorkBook, you can select whereabout types when setting up a whereabout profile for an employee. You can add, edit, remove, and enable whereabout types.
