Enable Active Status of Briefing Approver Roles

Use the Briefing Approval submodule to enable the active status of briefing approver roles.

To use the Briefing Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a briefing approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the briefing approver role that you want to enable the active status of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Briefing Approval.
4. Highlight the briefing approver role that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
