GaleForceMedia Import

Use GaleForceMedia Import under Finance & Administration to help you integrate your media planning and buying activities with your project management workflow. It enables you to capture all media costs, commissions, and creditor invoices with its associated WorkBook job.

To use the GaleForceMedia Import submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

• Media Order: This tab lets you import media orders, which WorkBook then converts to Price Quotes and Purchase Orders.
• Creditor Invoice: This tab lets you import invoices, which WorkBook then converts to creditor invoices.
