GaleForceMedia Import

Use GaleForceMedia Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule in the Finance & Administration module to help you to integrate your media planning and buying activities with your project management workflow. GaleForceMedia Import enables you to capture all media costs, commissions, and creditor invoices with their associated WorkBook job.

To use GaleForceMedia Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

GaleForceMedia Import provides the following tabs:

• Media Order: Use this tab to import media orders, which WorkBook then converts to Price Quotes and Purchase Orders.
• Creditor Invoice: Use this tab to import invoices, which WorkBook then converts to creditor invoices.
