Finance & Administration
In Finance & Administration, you can perform financial transactions such as posting journals to the general ledger, creating budgets, cash flow forecasts, and net revenue forecasts, adding accounts, generating financial reports, processing debtor and creditor invoices, performing month-end tasks, administrative follow-ups, and cost entries, and exporting financial data.
To perform these transactions, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

General Ledger is where you manage, create, and edit your transactions, including: - Debtors
Use the Debtors module to see an overview of what is happening with all of your debtors, manage debtor information, monitor invoice status, send reminders, and track subscription agreements and invoice subscriptions. It contains the Debtor List, Debtor Invoices, Debtor Reminders, and Subscriptions submodules. - Creditors
Use the Creditors module to add creditors to the system, view creditor invoice aging, view purchase orders, create and approve creditor invoices, create creditor payment proposals, and manage pay-when-paid creditor invoices. - Month-End
Use the Month-End module to complete required month-end processes, like bank and inter-company reconciliations, to close your books. It contains the Bank Reconciliation, Accounting Periods, Inter-company Reconciliation, Monthly Checklist, Month/Year Closure, and Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodules. - Administrative Follow-Up
Use the Administrative Follow-Up module to view and update entries for follow-up. - Export, Import & Maintenance
Use the Export, Import & Maintenance module to export and import data and do a mass update of information. It contains the Databoard Export, Bank Reconciliation (manual), Data Export, Job Dimension Update, Time Entry Price Update, Personal Expense Credit Card, Google Adwords Import, Bing Import, and MediaForce Import submodules. - Cost Entry
Use Cost Entry under Finance & Administration to manage time, expense, whereabout, mileage, and material entries on behalf of other employees.
