Creditors
Use the Creditors module to add creditors to the system, view creditor invoice aging, view purchase orders, create and approve creditor invoices, create creditor payment proposals, and manage pay-when-paid creditor invoices.
To use the Creditors module, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee Cross-company Access submodule under Settings.

The Creditor List submodule enables you to add and remove creditors from the system, view transactions, invoice vouchers, and check archives for each creditor, put voucher payments on hold, and perform eliminations and remainder handling. You can also use this submodule to view email communication and change logs about creditors, and to create communication logs. - Purchase Orders
The Purchase Orders submodule enables you to settle purchase orders, view purchase orders that are locked from creating vouchers, and view purchase orders by their status. You can also view the cost details, supplier invoices, and accrued vouchers for each purchase order. - Creditor Invoices
Use the Creditor Invoices submodule in the Creditors module under Finance & Administration to manage creditor invoices. One way to enter external purchases against jobs in WorkBook is through the Creditor Invoices submodule under Finance & Administration. - Creditor Payment Proposals
Use the Credit Payment Proposals submodule to create, approve, or delete creditor payment proposals, create payment files, update payment dates, delete payment lines, view payment summaries, and start conversations about creditor payment proposals. - Creditor Invoices Pay When Paid
Use the Creditor Invoices Pay When Paid submodule as a holding area for sales invoices that are yet to be paid by the your clients.
