Edit Posting Configuration Methods and Adjustments

Use Posting Configurations in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to edit the methods and adjustments of posting configurations.

To use Posting Configurations in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit the different methods and adjustments of a posting configuration:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the posting configuration whose methods and adjustments you want to edit.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Posting Configurations.
4. Click the Posting Configurations tab or use the drop-down list to select Posting Configurations.
5. Highlight the posting configuration whose methods and adjustments you want to edit.
6. Double-click on the corresponding method or adjustment to make the necessary changes.
