Remove Price Quote and Invoice Comments

Use the Price Quote and Invoice Comments submodule to remove price quote and invoice comments.

To use Price Quote and Invoice Comments in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a price quote and invoice comment:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a price quote and invoice comment.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Price Quote and Invoice Comments.
4. Highlight the comment that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove the selected comment .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the comment at once.
