Edit Subscription Invoice Settings

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to edit subscription invoice settings.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit the invoice settings of a subscription:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the subscription for which you want to edit the invoice settings.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
  4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription whose invoice settings you want to edit.
  5. Click the Invoice Settings tab and make the necessary changes to the invoice settings.
  6. To add a variable, click Add New beside the setting field to which you want to add the variable.
  7. In the Select Value dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the variable description that you want to add and click OK.
