Use the Tasks submodule to add links to comments in task conversations.
To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To add links to comments in task conversations:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click
Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task conversation to which you want to add a comment with a link.

On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click
Tasks.

On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.

In the grid, highlight the task conversation to which you want to add a comment with a link and click
Task Settings
on the tab toolbar.

On the Task card, click the Task Conversation tab.

Enter your comment in the
Type a comment or drag files here field.

Click
.

In the Add New Link dialog box, enter the link title and the link that you want to add to your comment and click
OK.

Click
Publish or
Private.
WorkBook displays the new comment at the bottom of the list of comments.
