Duplicate Teams

Use Teams in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to duplicate teams.

To use Teams in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights submodule Settings.

To duplicate a team:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the team that you want to duplicate.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Teams.
  4. Click the Team Matrix tab.
  5. Highlight any row under the team that you want to duplicate, and click Duplicate Team .
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
