Search for Creditor Approver Roles

Use the Creditor Approval submodule to search for creditor approver roles.

To use the Creditor Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a creditor approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the creditor approver role that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Creditor Approval.
4. Click the Approval Roles tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the creditor approver role.
