Set Details of List Attributes as Default

Use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to set details of list attributes as default.

To use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To set a detail of a list attribute as default:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the list attribute detail that you want to set as default.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Attributes.
  4. Highlight the list attribute that has the detail that you want to set as default, and on the grid toolbar, click .
  5. In the Detail pane, highlight the detail that you want to set as default, and select the Default Value check box.
  6. To remove the detail as default, deselect the Default Value check box.
