CRM Setup
Use the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to configure CRM activities, competitors, forecasts, lost reasons, ratings, and status codes. CRM Setup provides the following:

Use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to configure attributes that you can use as criteria in pipeline activities. You can add, delete, and enable attributes. You can also specify values for all attribute data types, such as lists, texts, integers, decimals, dates, time, and check boxes. - Pipeline Activity Categories
Use Pipeline Activity Categories in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to configure activity categories. In WorkBook, you can use activity categories to further group activities. In WorkBook, activity types help you to filter pages, making it easier for you to find the data that you need. Use Pipeline Competitor under Settings to manage your list of competitors. You can add and delete competitors for your business opportunities or pipeline. - Pipeline Forecast Finance Accounts
Use Pipeline Forecast Finance Accounts in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to configure forecast finance accounts and map them to an account and budget. You can add and remove pipeline forecast finance accounts. You can also update the mapped budget. - Pipeline Lost Reasons
Use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to manage your list of reasons for which you lost pipelines. In WorkBook, this helps you to track the reasons that you lost a business opportunity or pipeline, which in turn can help you to find areas for improvement. You can add and delete lost reasons, as needed. - Pipeline Ratings
Use Pipeline Ratings in the CRM Setup module in the Settings module to configure rating descriptions that you can use to identify the probability of winning a business opportunity or pipeline. You can create and remove pipeline ratings. - Pipeline Status Codes
Use Pipeline Status Codes in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to configure status codes that you can use to identify the status of a business opportunity or pipeline. You can create and remove pipeline status codes.
