Search for Databoard Information

Use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to search for databoard information.

To use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for databoard information:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the databoard information for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard that has the information for which you are looking.
5. Click the View tab and click the grid type databoard view.
6. Use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the databoard information.
