Search for Email Logs

Use Email Log in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to search for email logs.

To use Email Log in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for an email log:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the email logs for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Email Log.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the email log.
