Add New Job Request Templates
Use Contact New Job Request in the Contact submodule in the Settings module to add new job request templates.
To use Contact New Job Request in the Contacts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To add a new job request template:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new job request template.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .

On the grid toolbar, click
Add a New Template
.
- In the New Template dialog box, enter a name for the job request template that you want to add and click OK.
- To edit the template, highlight it and make the necessary changes in the right pane. You can enable fields and description forms, customize the top banner, identify clients and Companies who can use the template, and so on.
