Create Notifications

Use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up page to create notifications that the Poject Managers of all listed jobs receive in their WorkBook inboxes.

To use Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up in the Month-End submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create notifications:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to create notifications.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Month-end > Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Notification Delay in Days field to enter the number of days from which you want Project Managers to receive the notification and click Raise Notification.
  5. If you want to recall the notification that you created, click Unsubscribe Notification.
