Search for Employee Accounts

Use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to search for employee accounts.

To use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for an employee account:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the employee account for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Employee Settings.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search Grid field to enter a keyword that is associated with the employee account.
