Procedures
Use the procedures in this section to view all your employees in one screen and configure employee settings such as initials, license type, and access role.
To use the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can deactivate employee from the employee card. The deactivation can be temporary or permanent. You cannot deactivate employees with active transactions in WorkBook. - Deactivate an Employee From the Main Resources or Employee Settings Grid
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can deactivate employees from the main grid in Resources or Employee Settings. The deactivation can be temporary or permanent. You can also deactivate employees from the employee card. You cannot deactivate employees with active transactions in WorkBook. - Permanently Deactivate Employees

Use the Employee Settings submodule to update the gender information of selected employee accounts. - Require an Employee to Track Time on Their Whereabout Entries
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can require selected employees to track their time on whereabout entries. This is useful if you want to compare the whereabout hours with the time sheet hours when approving time sheets. To require an employee to track time on their whereabouts, Company Variable must be set to 3 - Required for Some Employees.
