Import Personal Expense Credit Card Files

Use the Import tab in Personal Expense Credit Card in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule under Finance & Administrationto import personal expense credit card files.

To use Personal Expense Credit Card Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To import a personal expense credit card file:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to import a personal expense credit card file.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Export, Import, & Maintenance > Personal Expense Credit Card Import.
  4. Click the Import tab and click Import .
  5. In the Personal Expense Credit Card Data Import dialog box, click the Execute tab and select the applicable option from the Specification drop-down list.
  6. Choose the Source file that you want to import.
    WorkBook displays the source file data in the table.
  7. You can edit the fields in the first three rows of the table by double-clicking on the corresponding field and entering or selecting the appropriate options from the drop-down list.
  8. To create or delete import specifications and script parameters, click the Setting tab.
  9. Click OK - Import Data.
