Download Briefings of Quick Ticket Templates

Use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to download briefings of quick ticket templates.

To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To download the briefing of a quick ticket template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the quick ticket template briefing that you want to download.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
4. Highlight the quick ticket template whose briefing you want to download, and on the grid toolbar, click Default Briefings .
5. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Download the Briefing and select any of the following:
   • Download as PDF: Download the briefing as a PDF file.
   • Download as Word Document: Download the briefing as a Word document.
   • Download as Image: Download the briefing as a PNG file.
   Note: WorkBook downloads the briefing to your computer in the selected format.
