System Variable 858: Automatically Add the Support Responsible to the Task List

Use this System Variable to specify whether the user designated as Support Responsible should be booked on the ticket when it is created.

When this System Variable is enabled, WorkBook automatically adds the employee who is assigned as the Project Manager on the job as a booked resource with 0 (zero) allocated hours. This ensures that the Project Manager can keep track of all incoming support cases even if they are not assigned to the ticket.

Enable this System Variable by selecting its checkbox. To disable it, clear the checkbox.

This System Variable is enabled by default.
