Edit Activity Department Cost Prices

Use the Activity Department Settings tab under the Activities submodule to edit activity department cost prices.

To use Activities in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit an activity department cost price:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the activity department that you want to edit.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
4. Click the Activity department settings tab.
5. You can edit the activity department cost price by double-clicking on the corresponding field and making the necessary edits.
