Delete Accounting Groups

Use AR/AP Groups in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to delete accounting groups.

To use AR/AP Groups in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete an accounting group:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete an accounting group.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > AR/AP Groups.
4. Highlight the accounting group that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
