Open Resource Cards of Account Managers of Revenue Forecasts

Use Revenue Forecast in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource cards of the Account Managers of revenue forecast items.

To use Revenue Forecast, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the Account Manager of a revenue forecast item:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Revenue Forecast.
3. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the revenue forecast of the forecast item whose Account Manager's resource card you want to open.
4. Highlight the revenue forecast item of the Account Manager whose resource card you want to open.
5. Double-click on the corresponding AM field.
   WorkBook opens the Account Manager's resource card.
6. Click Close .
