Delete Databoard Views

Use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings moduleto delete databoard views.

To use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a databoard view:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a databoard view.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard that has the view that you want to delete.
5. Click the View tab and click the databoard view that you want to delete.
6. On the tab toolbar, click and select Delete Current Databoard View.
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the databoard view immediately.
