Remove Production Statuses

Use the Production Statuses submodule to remove production statuses.

To use Production Statuses in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a production status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a production status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Production Statuses.
  4. Highlight the production status that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove the selected production status .
  5. In the Remove production status dialog box, use the drop-down list to select a replacement value for the status that you want to remove and click OK.
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the production status at once. If you click Cancel, the production status will not be removed.
