Delete AR/AP VAT Codes

Use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to delete AR/AP VAT codes.

To use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete an AR/AP VAT activity code:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete an AR/AP VAT code.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > VAT Settings.
4. Click the AR/AP VAT Codes tab.
5. Highlight the AR/AP VAT code that you want to delete, and on the grid toolbar, click Delete AR/AP VAT Code .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the AR/AP VAT code immediately.
