Assign a Scrum Team to a Sprint via Settings

Ensure that the Scrum Team exists before you assign it to a sprint.

For instructions, see Add New Teams.

To use Scrum Sprints in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To assign a scrum team to a sprint:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company whose team you want to assign to a sprint.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Projects & Jobs > Scrum Sprints.
4. In the grid, locate the sprint that you want to modify.
5. Double-click the Team Responsible cell, and then select a team from the drop-down list.
