Display Settled Purchase Orders

Use the Costs submodule to display settled purchase orders in selected jobs.

To use Costs, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display settled purchase orders:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the settled purchase orders that you want to display.
3. In the left pane, click Costs.
4. Click the Purchases tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, select the Show settled PO's check box.
