Test a Storage Provider

Use Storage and Folders in the Folders, Reports, & Documents submodule in the Settings module to test a storage provider.

To use Storage and Folders, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To test a storage provider:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the storage provider that you want to test.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Folders, Reports, & Documents > Storage and Folders.
4. Click the Storage Provider tab.
5. Highlight a storage provider in the grid and click Test Storage Provider on the grid toolbar.
6. In the Enter Directory in which to Run Tests field of the Test Storage Provider dialog box, enter test, and click Run Test.
