Agent Type 92 - Notification: Subscription Agreements Ready for Billing

Use Agent Type 92 - Notification: Subscription Agreements Ready for Billing to notify the user who is responsible for a Company's subscription agreements about subscriptions that have reached their next invoice dates. The user can then issue a new invoice from the notification. If no user is set as responsible for the Company's subscription agreements, the agent sends the notification to the client Account Manager. The agent also notifies the user who is specified in the Company Responsible or Finance Responsible field on the Basic Settings tab of the Company information pane/card.

This notification also provides options to automatically create invoices based on the current date, and to automatically create email drafts for the invoices.

Columns

The notification contains the following columns:

Field	Description
Subscription No.	The internal subscription number. To display a shortcut to the agreement details, hover your mouse pointer over the column cell.
Client	The client to be invoiced
Period Start	The start date for the subscription to be invoiced.
Period End	The end date for the subscription to be invoiced.
Currency	The currency to be used in the invoice.
Amount	The subscription amount to appear on the invoice.
Invoice Date	The date to appear on the new invoice.
Method	The invoice delivery method.
Responsible	The user who is responsible for the subscription agreements. If no user is set as responsible for the Company's subscription agreements, the agent sends the notification to the client Account Manager.
Company	The Company that owns the subscription.

Parameters

Days in Advance for Invoicing	Use this parameter to specify how many days before the invoice date the agent should send the notification.
