Open Price Quote Cards of Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes

Use Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the Price Quote (PQ) cards of billable jobs that have open PQs.

To use Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the PQ card of a billable job that has an open PQ:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes.
3. Highlight the billable job that has an open PQ whose PQ card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Approval Status field.
   WorkBook opens the PQ card.
