Delete Saved Filters from CRM Activities for Follow-Up

Use CRM Activities for Follow-Up to delete saved filters for CRM activities for follow-up.

To use CRM Activities for Follow-Up, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a saved filter for CRM activities for follow-up:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > CRM Activities for Follow-Up.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Open Activity Filter .
  4. In the Pipeline Activity Filter dialog box, use the Last Used Filter drop-down list to select the filter that you want to delete.
  5. Click Organize Filters and select Delete Current Filter.
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the saved filter immediately.
  6. Click Close .
