Make Existing Filters for CRM Activities for Follow-Up Global Filters

Use CRM Activities for Follow-Up submodule to make existing filters for CRM activities for follow-up global filters.

To use CRM Activities for Follow-Up, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To make an existing filter for CRM activities for follow-up a global filter:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > CRM Activities for Follow-Up.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Open Activity Filter .
  4. In the Pipeline Activity Filter dialog box, use the Last Used Filter drop-down list to select the filter that you want to make a global filter.
  5. Click Organize Filters and select Make Global.
  6. To make the filter local again, click Organize Filters and select Make Local.
  7. Click Close .
