Create Items for Subscriptions

Use the Agreement tab under the Subscriptions submodule to create an item for selected subscriptions.

To use Subscriptions in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create an item for a subscription:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to create a subscription item.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Subscriptions.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the subscription that you want to create an item for.
  5. Click the Agreement tab.
  6. Click the Items tab and click Create new .
  7. In the Add new row dialog box, select the item you want to create and click OK.
  8. In the newly added row, you can edit the following by double-clicking on the corresponding field:
    • Quantity: Use this field to identify the quantity of items included in the subscription.
    • Invoice text: Use this field to identify the text that will be included in the subscription invoice.
    • Start date: Use this field to identify the start date of the subscription.
    • End date: Use this field to identify the end date of the subscription.
    • Sales price: Use this field to identify the price of the item in the subscription.
    • Fee price: Use this field to identify the fee for the subscription.
    • Discount: Use this field to identify any discount applicable to the subscription.
    • Invoiced up to: Use this field to identify until when the subscription has been invoiced.
