Delete Items Connected to Subscriptions

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to delete items that are connected to subscriptions.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete an item tht is connected to a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the subscription from which you want to delete a connected item.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription from which you want to delete a connected item.
5. In the bottom grid, click Delete Selected Item .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
