Agent Type 84 - Notification: Time Entry Check List for the Last 30 Days

Use Agent Type 84 - Notification: Time Entry Check List for The Last 30 Days to notify managers or timesheet approvers if employees entered enough hours based on their capacity profiles for the last 30 days. From the inbox, a manager can view the information by day, week, or month. To include an employee in the notification, you must select the option User Must Enter Time Sheet on the Employee Basic Setting tab of the resource card for that employee.

Columns

The notification contains the following columns:

Field Description
Resource The employee.
Total The total number of hours that the employee in the last 30 days.
Remaining The remaining number of hours that the employee must enter.
Basic Time The number of Basic hours for the employee in the last 30 days.
Days There is one column for each of the last 30 days.

Parameters

Field Description
Include Employee Timesheet Approver Use this parameter to send the notification to the employee's timesheet approver.
Include Employee Manager Use this parameter to send the notification to the employee's manager.
