Open Job Cards (Ticket Quick Create)

Use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to open job cards.

To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open a job card:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the job card that you want to open.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
4. Highlight or hover over the job whose card you want to open and click Open Job Card .
5. Click to close the job card.
