Settings Export/Import - Procedures
Use the procedures in this section to perform actions in the Settings Export and Settings Import tabs of Settings Export/Import.

Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to create an export file that contains System Variable and Company Variable settings. You can then use this export file to import the settings into another WorkBook system. - Delete Export Files from the Grid
Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to remove expired export files from the grid. You can only delete expired files. When you delete an export file, you only remove the reference of that export from your WorkBook system, and not the export that is on the WorkBook server. After you create an export file, you cannot delete it from the WorkBook server. - Archive Export Files
Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to archive export files. Flagging a file as archived hides it from the default grid view. - Unarchive Export Files

Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to search for an export file using all or part of the export file's filename. - Copy an Export Key
Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to copy an export key. An export key is a unique reference key that the export process assigns to a file. Copy the export key of a file to your clipboard and use it when you import the file's settings into another WorkBook system. - Import System Variable and Company Variable Settings
Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to import the System Variable and Company Variable settings into another WorkBook system. The import process overwrites the settings of the receiving WorkBook system. - View Import Log
Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to see the details of an import. - Search for an Import Record
Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to search for an import record using all or part of the export file filename.
