Use Settings Export/Import to remove files from the grid. Only expired files can be deleted. Once an export file is created, it cannot be deleted from the WorkBook server. - Archive Export Files
Use Settings Export/Import to archive export files. Flagging a file as archived hides it from the default grid view. - Unarchive Export Files

An export key is a unique reference key that the export process assigns a file. Copy the export key of a file to your clipboard and use it when importing the file's settings into another system. - Import System and Company Variable Settings
Use Settings Export/Import to import the company settings and variable configuration into another system. The import process overwrites the current settings of the receiving system. - View Import Log
