Unarchive Export Files

Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to remove export files from the archive. This action makes the file visible in the default grid view.

To use Settings Export/Import, you must have access to Settings as defined in Employee Cross-Company Access under Settings.

To unarchive export files:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Settings Export/Import.
  3. Click the Settings Export tab.
  4. On the grid toolbar, select the Include Archived Exports check box.
  5. Highlight an archived file and click Toggle Archive State Archive Files on the grid toolbar.
  6. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes.
