Show or Hide Archived Export Files

Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to display or hide export files that are archived.

To use Settings Export/Import, you must have access to Settings as defined in Employee Cross-Company Access under Settings.

To show or hide archived export files:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Settings Export/Import.
3. Click the Settings Export tab.
4. On the grid toolbar, do one of the following:
   • To display archived export files, select the Include Archived Exports check box.
   • To hide archived export files, deselect the Include Archived Exports check box.
