Use Agent Type 21 - Shrink Database to shrink the size of the database.

The database is expected to grow naturally over time; however, certain actions can result in unnecessary growth. You can use this agent to remove unnecessary growth using a process similar to defragmentation.

Note: Use this agent only for servers that are managed on-site because database file size is not a concern for Deltek-hosted clients.
