Enable Active Status of Dimension Details

Use the Dimension Setup submodule to enable the active status of dimension details.

To use Dimension Setup in the Dimensions submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a dimension detail:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the dimension detail that you want to enable the active status of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Dimension Setup.
4. Highlight the dimension with the detail that you want to enable the active status of and on the grid toolbar, click Toggle details .
5. In the subgrid, highlight the dimension detail that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
