Open Job Cards of Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need

Use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the job cards of tasks with not fully booked capacity need.

To use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the job card of a task with not fully booked capacity need:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need.
3. Highlight or hover over the task with not fully booked capacity need whose job card you want to open.
4. In the corresponding Job Name field, click Open Job Card .
5. Click Close .
