Define a Company's Price Quote Settings

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can modify a Company's Price Quote (PQ) settings to indicate which values on the PQ lines can be edited and to indicate the of use VAT and multiple resources. You can also modify these settings in the Company card in Settings > Company Settings > Basic Company Settings.

Note: To complete this task, you must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources.

To define a Company's PQ settings:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the Company whose PQ settings you want to modify by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the Company, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Company as your filter, and select the Company from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the Company card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the Company card, click Company Settings > Price Quote Settings.
  6. Update the PQ settings as needed.
