Define a Company's Default New Job Dimension Settings
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can modify a Company's default new job dimension settings in Resources. These settings include the profit center, agreed-on billing method, project type, and job status. You can also modify these settings in the Company card in .
Note: To complete this task, you must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources.
To define a Company's default new job dimension settings:

On the main toolbar, click
Resources
.

On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon
, select
Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.

Select the Company whose default new job dimension settings you want to modify by completing any of the following actions:
- In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the Company, then select it from the grid.
- Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Company as your filter, and select the Company from the grid.

On the grid toolbar, click
Resource Information
/
to display the Company card.
- On the side toolbar of the Company card, click .
- Update the default new job dimension settings as needed.
