Enable Employees to Access Client Employees
Use Job Creation in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to enable access to employees of Companies.
To use Job Creation in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To enable access to employees of a Company:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the employees for whom you want to enable access.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- In the middle pane, highlight the Company that has the client for whom you want to enable access to the employees.

In the right pane, highlight the client for whom you want to enable access to the employees and select the
Access to Employees in this Company
check box.
